At Hinomi, we want you to experience ultimate ergonomic comfort; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via the online portal or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Product

  Disassemble the chair or desk carefully and place all components into the original shipping box, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
